ESC Volunteer - Open Call
The Creative Voices, Collective Impact is a 10-month ESC project (September 2026 – June 2027) hosted by STPLN in Malmö, Sweden. This project invites three young creatives from across Europe to form an interdisciplinary communications team exploring how storytelling, media, and creative communication can strengthen communities and social initiatives.
This program is designed for young creatives interested in communication, storytelling, and cultural work who want to gain real experience in the creative and cultural sector.
The Lab – Open Call
The Lab is a community driven & place-based initiative where you as a practitioner can receive the support you need for your professional development, as well as the chance to form and nurture relationships with fellow practitioners, the public and private sector.

PULSE söker unga kreativa kollektiv som vill utveckla sin konstnärliga och entreprenöriella förmåga inom klubb- och kulturlivet i Malmö.
Under en säsong får ni tillgång till Inkonsts lokaler och teknik – inklusive residensutrymmen, scen, fullt utrustad musikstudio och verkstad – samt producent-, teknik- och marknadsstöd för att arrangera klubb. Programmet innehåller också ett utbildningspår om hur hållbar klubbverksamhet drivs samt dialogmöten med myndigheter på STPLN. Som medlemmar i PULSE blir ni även inbjudna till nätverksträffar där vi samlar Malmös nattliv för att skapa träffytor, spåna på samarbeten och dela erfarenheter.
PULSE är ett projekt som jobbar säsongsbaserat, alltså kommer det ut open calls inför varje säsong. Hinner ni inte söka nu så kommer det nya chanser framåt. Denna open call-period stänger 24 maj 2026.
Vem kan söka?
Kreativa klubbkollektiv (2–8 personer) där medlemmarna är 18–25 år.
Ni verkar inom klubbkultur, musik, dans, konst, performance eller närliggande fält, riktat mot nattlivet.
Ni vill delta i mentorskap, nätverksträffar och utbildningar.
Ni har ett engagemang för inkluderande, tillgängliga och hållbara evenemang.
