STPLN at ECHN HUBs Meetup 2025

Sanna, our Managing Director at STPLN, is back from an inspiring few days in Silandro, Italy. Basis Vinschgau Venosta generously hosted the gathering, where creative hubs from across Europe came together in person to take part in workshops and discussions exploring three key themes – Recovery, Resilience and Resistance.

The meetup took place in a rural village — a setting where culture has long been able to live freely and thrive, somewhat sheltered from outside pressures. Yet even here, creativity and cultural spaces are beginning to face new challenges to their existence. Now, perhaps more than ever, we see the importance of community and the strength of networks like ECHN, which create opportunities for creative hubs to connect and support one another through uncertain times.

The European funding structures like Creative Europe, are key for networks and hubs like this - to continue building resilience, to support each others recovering and standing by each other in the resistance!
